A few hours ago MediaTek yet again has announced a new 5G chipset from their Dimensity 700 series, the Dimensity 720.
With that being said, it is the first coming from the Dimensity 700 series line up in the company and its price is even lower than that of the previous release, the Dimensity 820 chipset.
The new chipset was built in an ultra-small 7nm SoC manufacturing process and it combines the efforts of an octa-core CPU which features two powerful Arm Cortex-A76 cores operating on up to 2GHz and 6x Cortex-A55 cores and a powerful Arm Mali G57- class MC3 GPU.
The Dimensity is said to have been integrated with MediaTek 5G UltraSave Technology which reduces power Consumption and at so saves up the juice.
Packed with other features which include a MiraVision enhanced HDR10+ Content Display support, has up to 90Hz refresh rate, supports up to four cameras with a Configuration of up to 64mp sensors or 16MP with quad-pixel binning and also supporting 4k Video recording. Configured with a max Display Resolution of 2520×1080, Bluetooth 5.1 and others.
